About Rhoda Herrold and Professional Nurse Associates

Rhoda K. Herrold, BSN, RN, MS, NCTMB, Reiki Master, is a registered nurse and nationally certified massage therapist.  She has practiced nursing since 1970 and added massage and Reiki to her healing skills.  She joined Professional Nurse Associates in 2000.

Rhoda earned her BSN (Magna cum Laude) from Widener University and her MS in cardiopulmonary nursing from University of Delaware.  She became a certified massage therapist after graduating from Garden State Center for Holistic Health Care in Lakewood, NJ.  She became a Reiki Master under the supervision of Reiki Master/Teacher Karla LaVoie at the Awakening Earth Center for Natural Healing and Empowerment, Neptune, NJ.  She has studied Neuromuscular Therapy with Paul St. John.

Rhoda practices integrated massage which combines a variety of bodywork modalities.  These include Swedish, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, reiki, and foot reflexology.  She also does pregnancy massage.

Rhoda has lectured at nursing seminars on the topics of stress and pain management, as well as reiki, reflexology, and massage.
